Ecosystem Governance Strategy & Operations Intern

About the role#

The Ecosystem Governance Strategy & Operations Intern will join the Content Ecosystem team to support the health and long-term growth of the platform. This role focuses on maintaining the integrity of short videos and comments by analyzing user needs, business data, and content trends to build effective governance frameworks.

What you'll do#

• Establish governance evaluation frameworks to monitor the short video and comment ecosystem.
• Identify and analyze complex content risks using a blend of qualitative and data-driven methods to define clear, measurable goals.
• Explore and apply large language models (LLMs) and AI techniques to improve content understanding and risk detection.
• Translate technical model insights into scalable operational workflows and governance strategies.
• Create reports and visualizations to present findings and support team decision-making.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program, specifically in Data Science, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
• Ability to commit to a 12-week internship during Summer 2026.
• Strong logical thinking skills with a focus on systematic problem-solving.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a fast learner.
• Proficiency in SQL and report generation is preferred, along with experience in AI or large model projects.
