About the role#
As a Category Management Project Intern, you will join the TikTok Shop US operation team. This role focuses on supporting e-commerce initiatives, managing campaign execution, and utilizing data to drive business decisions. You will gain professional experience by contributing to short-term projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to help scale content and creator commerce.
What you'll do#
- Act as a Campaign Executive to ensure smooth operations, including promotion settings and seller registration.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to execute campaign strategies.
- Monitor real-time campaign performance and conduct post-campaign evaluations.
- Analyze and visualize livestream performance data to support business monitoring.
- Build dashboards and generate regular performance reports to highlight key insights, trends, and optimization opportunities.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of live-streaming content operations and product assortment strategies.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master degree in Business or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to drive decisions.
- Experience in program or project management, consultancy, change management, or operations strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to own projects from inception to implementation.
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
- Experience in process optimization and scaling efficiency initiatives.
