Category Management Project Intern (TikTok- Operations) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

About the role#

This internship focuses on the operations side of TikTok Shop. You will work on short-term projects that provide professional experience in the e-commerce industry, specifically supporting live-streaming content operations and product assortment strategies.

What you'll do#

• Act as a Campaign Executive, coordinating with stakeholders to manage promotion settings, seller registration, and cross-functional communication.
• Monitor real-time campaign performance and conduct post-campaign evaluations.
• Analyze and visualize live-streaming performance data to support business decision-making.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track key trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
• Assist with general ad-hoc operational tasks as needed.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to drive decisions.
• Demonstrated experience in program or project management, consultancy, change management, or operations strategy.
• Proven ability to own projects from initial concept through to implementation.
• Experience working within or managing cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
