About the role#
Three Notch Group is hiring an Engineering Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site in Gadsden, Alabama. You will work on civil engineering projects while building professional connections and receiving guidance from experienced engineers.

- Strong analytical skills to perform calculations and interpret technical data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Previous coursework or projects in transportation, design, geotechnical engineering, or environmental systems.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
