About the role#
Three Notch Group is hiring an Engineering Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site in Andalusia, Alabama. You will work on real-world civil engineering projects while receiving mentorship from experienced professionals.
What you'll do#

What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor or master degree program for civil or environmental engineering.
- Basic knowledge of engineering principles, construction processes, and materials.
- Proficiency in CAD software like AutoCAD or Civil 3D and tools such as GIS.
- Analytical skills to perform calculations and interpret technical data.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
- Background in transportation, design, geotechnical engineering, or environmental systems through coursework or projects.
