About the role#
The Strategy Intern supports the development of the enterprise evidence generation strategy at Therakos. You will work on a high-visibility initiative to create a unified view of evidence needs and research priorities across the company. This role provides exposure to medical affairs strategy, health economics, and real-world evidence while you assist in building an integrated evidence-generation plan.
What you'll do#
- Conduct literature reviews across prioritized therapeutic areas.
- Identify evidence gaps related to the treatment journey and stakeholder needs.
- Assist in the creation of an integrated evidence-generation plan.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, HEOR, and Clinical Development teams.
- Create executive-ready presentations, evidence summaries, and visual maps.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment or recent graduation from a graduate-level program in Public Health, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Health Administration, Economics, or Biomedical Sciences.
- Strong skills in scientific literature review and critical appraisal.
- Ability to synthesize large volumes of information into concise insights.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with scientific databases like PubMed, Embase, or Cochrane Library is preferred.
