About the role#
This is a full-time, six-month internship based in Anaheim, California. You will support the Labor Relations team with daily operations, project work, and the administration of site-specific collective bargaining agreements. The role involves working on-site from January 2027 through June 2027.
What you'll do#
- Provide administrative support during union contract negotiations, collective bargaining, and arbitrations.
- Assist with logistics for negotiations and arbitration hearings.
- Conduct legal research for internal and external audiences.
- Gather confidential information to respond to inquiries.
- Archive and maintain department documents.
- Support Labor Relations personnel with grievances and operations initiatives.
- Act as a backup for administrative functions as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university, or participation in a Disney College Program or Internship.
- At least 18 years of age with unrestricted work authorization.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage confidential information.
- Capacity to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to follow complex technical instructions.
- Proactive approach and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Junior or Senior standing, along with coursework in Industrial and Labor Relations, is preferred.
- Proficiency in Workday, SharePoint, and Zoom, or bilingual skills, are considered a plus.
Location & details#
- Location: Anaheim, California.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific Time.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January through June).
- Compensation: $23.00 per hour.
- Requirements: Interns must provide their own housing and reliable transportation to the work site.
