About the role#
This internship program provides hands-on experience in project engineering and field management. You will work on jobsites or in the office to gain exposure to our estimating and preconstruction departments. The program aims to prepare you for future leadership roles and potential full-time employment following graduation.
What you'll do#
- Assist project managers or field supervision staff with project coordination.
- Manage document control and write RFIs and submittals.
- Estimate costs for change orders.
- Coordinate subcontractors and solicit bidders.
- Schedule contracts and materials.
- Participate in team meetings.
- Manage safety protocols on site.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree.
- Ability to commit to a 12-week work schedule.
- Availability for potential relocation if required by the specific role.
