As a Marketing & Program Intern, you will support the day-to-day execution of initiatives related to the EVONA 2030 program and AV Buyers Club. Working under the direction of the Client Success Manager and reporting to the Executive Editor of rAVe [PUBS], you will assist with project coordination, client onboarding, content management, and event support while gaining practical experience in client success and program management.
What you'll do#
- Upload and test custom HTML email campaigns, verifying links, formatting, images, and overall functionality prior to distribution.
- Schedule follow-up email campaigns and distribute approved client marketing materials through designated platforms.
- Publish articles, case studies, and marketing content across various company platforms.
- Maintain accurate project documentation by updating project management software with content and client activity.
- Assist with onboarding new AV-AMS clients, including updating Monday.com and sponsorship documentation.
- Support LAVNCH events by creating calendar links, HubSpot forms, and contact lists.
- Assist with AV-AMS and EVONA tour logistics, including organizing schedules, attendee information, and promotional assets.
- Communicate project updates, questions, and issues to the Client Success Manager in a timely manner.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an associate’s or bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Comfort using computers and an eagerness to learn new software applications and online platforms.
- Exceptional attention to detail, including strong proofreading skills.
- Ability to follow established processes and work instructions.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Preferred experience includes Monday.com, HubSpot, basic HTML, WordPress, and social media management.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, part-time internship for Summer 2026.
- The role is based in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, with a hybrid work modality (remote work option 2-3 days a week).
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available.
