About the role#
The Plexus Groupe offers a summer internship designed for students to explore the insurance industry through direct experience. You will rotate through multiple departments, including employee benefits, business insurance, personal insurance, and financial services. This program provides exposure to the full sales cycle and business operations while allowing you to work on team projects and cross-functional initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Rotate through various departments to gain insight into insurance lines and sales.
- Participate in department meetings and collaborate with teams to support client needs.
- Solve problems using an analytic approach.
- Use technology to create internal resources and external deliverables.
- Complete an insurance-based curriculum.
- Observe client meetings and sales activities.
- Develop your written and verbal presentation skills.
- Take part in company events and philanthropy initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program, entering your junior or senior year.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Preferred majors include insurance, finance, business administration, or sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.
- Previous work experience showing technical or client service skills.
- Strong communication skills and a preference for teamwork.
- Ability to learn quickly and act as a self-starter.

- Location: Dallas, Texas.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 1st through July 30th).
- Work Modality: On-site, full-time.
- This is a paid internship at $20.00 per hour.
