About the role#
As a Chemical Engineer Intern, you will work with our team to improve manufacturing processes. You will take ownership of projects related to epoxy molding and electroplating. This role offers hands-on experience in a production environment where you can drive improvements and support daily operations. You will work alongside experienced engineers to gain practical skills in process analysis and documentation.
What you'll do#
- Improve processes for epoxy molding and plating operations.
- Update and refine guides, manuals, and documentation for chemical processes.
- Support the Kaizen program to drive continuous improvement on the plating line.
- Identify and execute small projects that create measurable production impacts.
- Assist engineers with daily process monitoring and improvement tasks.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply data.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to learn new processes quickly.
- Willingness to perform hands-on work in a lab and production environment.
- Previous lab or chemical process experience is preferred.

- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is based on-site in High Ridge, Missouri.
