About the role#
This internship sits within the Internal Audit SOX/SOC team. You will support compliance efforts related to IT general computing controls, including Sarbanes-Oxley and SOC reporting. You will work alongside auditors and IT professionals to learn how the company manages technology risk across enterprise systems.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the documentation and testing of IT general controls for SOX and SOC compliance.
- Support audit fieldwork, including data gathering, control walkthroughs, and evidence collection.
- Evaluate IT processes to identify control gaps or improvement opportunities.
- Participate in meetings with IT control owners and auditors to discuss requirements and procedures.
- Contribute to reports and presentations that summarize audit findings.
- Collaborate with team members on automation and monitoring initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Progress toward a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Completion of at least 3 years of undergraduate study.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in problem solving and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

- Term: Summer 2026 (10 to 12 weeks, full-time).
- Modality: Hybrid (requires proximity to Bloomfield, CT; Philadelphia, PA; Franklin, TN; or St. Louis, MO).
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
