About the role#
The Environmental Intern program provides practical exposure to engineering and consulting services. You will work alongside professionals to gain real-world experience, contribute to active client projects, and develop technical skills while receiving mentorship from experienced staff. This role is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians on field and laboratory assignments.
- Support active project work and observe how technical decisions impact client and community outcomes.
- Build core skills in sampling, testing, data analysis, and report development.
- Participate in a nationwide internship cohort program.
- Learn safe field and laboratory practices, testing standards, and project management fundamentals.
- Receive mentorship from professionals committed to your professional growth.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or related technical or business fields.
- A strong interest in consulting and fieldwork.
- Demonstrated curiosity, teamwork, and alignment with company values.
- A valid driver’s license with an acceptable violation history may be required.
