About the role#
This internship covers multiple business operations functions at Tenstorrent. You will submit one application and complete one recruiter screen. We then match you to the team that best fits your interests and background. You will work within areas such as Human Resources, Finance, Supply Chain, Strategic Operations, or Program Management.
What you'll do#
- Support people programs and operations across the employee lifecycle.
- Assist with financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and analysis projects.
- Help with planning, sourcing, supplier coordination, logistics, and operational processes.
- Manage high-impact cross-functional initiatives through research, project management, and process improvement.
- Drive cross-functional planning, tracking, risk management, and execution across technical and operational teams.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a BS or MS in Business, Finance, Economics, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to turn ambiguous operational problems into clear, actionable next steps.
- Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, reporting, and project-management tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Clear communication skills to share information, progress, risks, and recommendations.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to work across different teams.

- Compensation: $24/hr - $70/hr.
