Talent Acquisition Intern

About the role#

The Talent Acquisition Intern will support internal Employee Value Proposition (EVP) initiatives and assist in executing recruiting events to strengthen internal brand engagement. This role involves managing social media content for recruitment channels, analyzing data to optimize performance, and auditing existing recruiting processes to develop Standard Operating Procedure documents.

What you'll do#

• Support the localized implementation of internal EVP initiatives.
• Organize and execute internal recruiting events to enhance employee engagement.
• Curate and manage social media content for recruitment channels to showcase company culture.
• Perform data analysis on content performance to improve reach and engagement.
• Audit current recruiting processes and create documentation to standardize workflows.
• Provide support for additional people-related projects to ensure efficient team operations.

What you'll need#

• Current pursuit of an undergraduate or master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Availability for a minimum internship period of 3-6 months.
• Strong interest in social media trends and content creation; experience with graphic design or video editing tools is a plus.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across cross-regional and cross-cultural teams.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to facilitate collaboration with global stakeholders and HQ teams.

• Compensation: $20.77 to $38.08 per hour
