As a Game Operations Intern, you will support the Level Infinite team in managing user communities, content strategy, and market research. This role involves working across departments to facilitate events and analyze industry trends within the North American gaming market.
What you'll do#
- Monitor community dynamics, identify trending topics, and maintain an engaging interaction atmosphere.
- Assist with content operations, including planning, creation, and tracking performance data to optimize strategy.
- Facilitate the execution of online and offline events through cross-departmental coordination.
- Conduct research on mature products in the North American market and produce detailed analysis reports.
What you'll need#
- Passion for gaming with broad knowledge of various game titles.
- Familiarity with mainstream North American gaming community platforms and player culture.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills for interacting with players, teams, and partners.
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms.
- Basic proficiency in office software and design tools.
- Pursuing a degree in Communications, Media Studies, Marketing, Graphic Design, or Computer Science.
- Preferred: Experience in game community management, content creation, video editing, graphic design, or data analysis tools.

- Location: Irvine, CA or Los Angeles, CA.
- Modality: On-site.
- Employment Type: Full-time.
- Compensation: $24.81 to $42.70 per hour.
- Benefits: Eligible for paid sick leave, 13 paid holidays, and company-sponsored medical plan enrollment for full-time interns.
