About the role#
This is a paid, 40-hour per week, hands-on internship designed to prepare you for a career in store leadership. You will gain a realistic preview of the Executive Team Leader role by working closely with mentors and other managers to understand how our retail business functions. This program focuses on developing your ability to lead teams, drive sales results, and manage store operations.
What you'll do#
- Spend time on the salesfloor and in the backroom leading team members and aligning them on daily business priorities.
- Plan daily goals and organize tasks within the building.
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by ensuring team members are knowledgeable and empowered to assist guests.
- Partner with leaders to provide teaching, coaching, training, and timely performance feedback to team members.
- Work alongside your Executive Team Lead mentor to gain a deep understanding of store management roles.
What you'll need#
- A strong interest in retail management.
- Leadership skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Effective communication skills.
- Previous retail experience is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds.

- Compensation: $28.25 - $31.25 per hour.
