About the role#
This is a paid, full-time, 40-hour per week internship for Summer 2027. It offers a hands-on training program designed to prepare you for store leadership. You will gain a realistic preview of the Executive Team Leader role by working alongside store managers and team members to understand how the retail business functions.
What you'll do#
- Spend time on the salesfloor and in the backroom leading team members.
- Work alongside your Executive Team Lead mentor to gain an understanding of their responsibilities.
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by ensuring team members are knowledgeable and empowered.
- Plan daily goals and organize tasks within the building.
- Address team member concerns and remove hurdles to ensure smooth operations.
- Lead and present at daily huddles with your team.
- Review business reporting and guest insights to identify opportunities.
What you'll need#
- A strong interest in working in retail management.
- Leadership skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices.
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Capacity to learn and adapt to technology needs.

This role is on-site at various locations in Pennsylvania, including Philadelphia, Langhorne, Wayne, Wynnewood, Abington, Phoenixville, Bensalem, King of Prussia, Malvern, Warrington, North Wales, Plymouth Meeting, Doylestown, and Pottstown.
