About the role#
The Store Executive Intern program is a paid, 40-hour per week, hands-on training experience. It provides a realistic preview of the Executive Team Leader role. You will work closely with managers and team members to understand retail operations and develop leadership skills. This program focuses on leading teams, identifying store priorities, and delivering service to guests.
What you'll do#
- Lead and align team members on daily business priorities.
- Partner with leaders to provide coaching, training, and performance feedback.
- Plan daily goals and organize operational plans within the store.
- Analyze business reporting and guest insights to identify and troubleshoot areas of opportunity.
- Engage with guests to solve specific needs and deliver an exceptional experience.
- Participate in training activities and developmental opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Strong interest in working in retail.
- Leadership skills and team-oriented thinking.
- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs.
- Capacity to lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or Human Resources.
