About the role#
The Finance Leadership Development Program is a 3-year accelerated curriculum for finance leaders. We are hiring MBA interns for a 10-week, project-based program during the summer of 2027. This role offers the chance to work on strategic company priorities and address pressing financial questions. You will receive training and mentorship throughout the summer to help you grow as a finance leader.
What you'll do#
- Act as a financial consultant and strategic business partner for internal clients such as Merchandising, Stores, Advertising, Supply Chain, Property Development, and Technology Services.
- Complete a specific project and present your findings to department leadership.
- Collaborate across different functions to gain insight into the Finance Leadership Development Program.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in the first year of business school.
- 4 to 9 years of previous work experience.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, project management, and organizational skills.
- Creative problem-solving and risk-taking abilities.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on initiative and results.
