About the role#
The Content Producer Intern joins the Work Based Learning team to support the production of the Real Careers, Real Journeys video series. This is a paid, part-time position that offers hands-on experience across multiple departments. You will receive mentorship, participate in weekly meetings, and work on projects that contribute to company goals. Equipment and tools needed for the role are provided.
What you'll do#
- Edit content for the Real Careers, Real Journeys video series.
- Shadow marketing professionals and assist with ad hoc projects.
- Brainstorm new video ideas and test concepts for reusable content.
- Redesign video strategy and experience.
- Write video scripts and handle scheduling tasks.
- Host, present, and conduct interviews for live and recorded events.
- Engage with the audience during events.
- Attend weekly check-ins and brainstorming sessions.
What you'll need#
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
- Experience editing video content, whether for personal projects, clubs, or business.
- Basic familiarity with Canva and video editing tools like CapCut or iMovie.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create and use a Tallo account.
- Capacity to work 10-20 hours per week.
- Ability to clear a background check.

- This is a remote, home-based position.
- The internship term is rolling.
- This role is part-time and paid, with the potential for a summer extension based on performance.
