About the role#
Taft College is looking for a student worker to help maintain the dorm facilities. This is a paid position that supports the daily operations and cleanliness of the campus housing areas.
What you'll do#
- Keep the Cougar and Ash Street courtyards clean.
- Remove trash on a weekly basis.
- Manage and tidy the space directly in front of each dorm room.
- Clean the laundry rooms in both dorm buildings.
- Maintain the parking lot and the exterior of the dorms.
- Clean the middle room of the Ash dorms.
- Sterilize door handles throughout the dorms every day.
- Distribute cleaning supplies to residents.
- Help with various clerical tasks.
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of dorm events and activities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment at Taft College in good standing.
- Registration for at least 6 units during the work study program.
