About the role#
Syngenta is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist Intern to join the Commercial Team in Fresno, California. This internship provides operational, administrative, and campaign-execution support to help the team deliver consistent customer experiences. You will gain experience in project coordination, budgeting, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration while working with partners in Procurement, Finance, and Marketing.
What you'll do#
- Manage promotional-item inventory, including requests, ordering, distribution, and delivery tracking.
- Maintain centralized trackers for inventory, costs, campaign activity, and delivery status.
- Keep records of budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and campaign expenses, and support monthly budget-status reporting.
- Coordinate with Commercial partners, vendors, and delivery contacts to ensure timely execution.
- Track assigned orders from request through completion and identify or escalate any discrepancies.
- Support campaigns from planning through execution, including logistics and performance tracking.
- Provide administrative support through meeting coordination, documentation, and organization of shared materials.
- Document recurring workflows and recommend improvements to reduce manual work.
- Follow brand standards, compliance expectations, and purchasing procedures.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Hands-on experience with design platforms such as Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Illustrator and InDesign.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for digital content.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
