About the role#
We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist Intern to join our Commercial team in West Palm Beach. This role provides operational and administrative support to help our team deliver consistent and engaging customer experiences. You will work on promotional item management, budget tracking, and campaign execution. This position offers hands-on experience in project coordination and process improvement while working alongside cross-functional partners in Finance, Procurement, and Marketing.
What you'll do#
- Manage the full lifecycle of promotional items, including inventory, ordering, distribution, and delivery tracking.
- Maintain centralized trackers for inventory, costs, campaign activity, and order status.
- Support budget management by keeping records of purchase orders and invoices and assisting with monthly status reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely project execution.
- Monitor orders from start to finish and escalate any discrepancies or delays.
- Assist with CES campaigns from the planning phase through to final execution.
- Provide administrative support, including meeting coordination and organization of shared materials.
- Document existing workflows and suggest practical improvements to reduce manual tasks.
- Follow brand standards, compliance requirements, and purchasing procedures.
- Participate in national travel for events as needed.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively across different teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Hands-on experience with design tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator and InDesign.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and digital content creation.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- An interest in customer experience, marketing campaigns, and project coordination.

- This is a full-time, paid internship based in West Palm Beach, Florida.
- Work is performed on-site.
- This is a rolling term position.
