About the role#
As a Project Control Co-op, you will work with project managers to monitor schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. You will collect and analyze data to identify trends or risks that could impact project delivery. This role involves maintaining project documentation and preparing reports to support decision-making.
What you'll do#
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and overall performance.
- Analyze project data to identify variances and potential risks to schedules or budgets.
- Assist with preparing project estimates and monitor expenditures against approved budgets.
- Prepare reports on progress, financial performance, and deviations from the plan.
- Maintain project records such as contracts, compliance documents, and meeting notes.
- Build relationships with project stakeholders and team members.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Preferred: Experience with project management and scheduling software like MS Project or Primavera.
- Preferred: Prior exposure to project controls, estimating, cost tracking, or scheduling.

- Work Modality: On-site.
- Term: Winter 2027 and Summer 2027 (January 2027 to August 2027).
