About the role#
Sunstar Americas, Inc. is hiring a Marketing Intern to join our team in Schaumburg, Illinois. This is a full-time, paid internship offered on a rolling basis. You will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing time between our office and remote work.
What you'll do#
- Support the Brand Marketing team with daily tasks and ongoing projects.
- Collect and summarize information regarding consumers, competitors, and the broader industry.
- Review sales and performance data to identify trends and build insights.
- Create slide presentations, reports, and other documentation to share project progress.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams, including Sales, Digital Marketing, Innovation, and Finance.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or Consumer Behavior.
- You have a foundational understanding of branding, marketing principles, and market research.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
- You have experience analyzing data, conducting research, or creating presentations through academic or extracurricular work.
- You possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with marketing analytics, social media platforms, or syndicated data tools is a plus.
- Previous experience through internships, campus leadership, or marketing clubs is preferred but not required.

- Compensation: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour, plus potential bonus based on company performance.
