    About the role#

    The Support Group Intern in Accounting will assist the department with various administrative tasks and special projects. This is a paid, full-time summer 2026 internship based in Tempe, Arizona.

    What you'll do#

    • Assist with special department projects.
    • Code invoices submitted through the ScanMan workbench.
    • Create and roll forward standard financial reports and presentations.
    • Perform monthly account reconciliations.
    • Prepare budget schedules and enter data into E-1 for annual tactical planning.
    • Support the payroll department with time-entry re-classes.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently enrolled in a four-year Accounting or Finance degree program.
    • Proficiency in all Microsoft Suite programs.
    • Ability to comply with all safety standards and procedures.
