About the role#
We are hiring a Construction Project Engineer Intern for our office in Geismar, LA. This is a full-time, paid internship for the Summer 2027 term. You will work on-site, gaining hands-on experience by supporting our project teams on concrete repair and infrastructure maintenance tasks.
What you'll do#
- Provide project management support for ongoing jobs.
- Assist with estimating and preparing project budgets.
- Perform job cost management and track production rates.
- Maintain project schedules.
- Manage client relations while overseeing safety and quality control.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and documentation habits.
- Proficiency with computer software.
- A positive outlook and a team-oriented mindset.
