About the role#
We are hiring a Construction Project Engineer Intern for our Hawthorne, New Jersey office. This position is for the Summer 2027 term. You will work on-site to gain hands-on experience by supporting project teams on a variety of construction projects.
What you'll do#
- Provide project management support.
- Assist with estimating and preparing project budgets.
- Help manage job costs and project scheduling.
- Track production rates on site.
- Support safety management and quality control efforts.
- Assist with client relations and business development tasks.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and documentation habits.
- Proficiency with computers.
- A positive outlook and a team-oriented mindset.
