About the role#
Strattec Security Corporation is seeking a Marketing Intern to support a wide range of communications and marketing initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience in brand execution, content creation, employee communications, and event planning. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and collaborate with HR, operations, and leadership teams to support cross-functional projects.
What you'll do#
- Draft and edit internal communications, including intranet content, announcements, and campaigns.
- Develop marketing copy for presentations, emails, and digital platforms.
- Maintain and update intranet pages to ensure content remains accurate and engaging.
- Ensure brand consistency across all materials by monitoring logos, colors, and tone.
- Assist in the planning and execution of internal events such as town halls and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage project timelines, track deliverables, and organize documentation to support cross-functional teams.
- Support basic analytics tracking and general marketing operations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of organization with strict attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
- A positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
