Marketing Intern

About the role#

Strattec Security Corporation is seeking a Marketing Intern to support a wide range of communications and marketing initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience in brand execution, content creation, employee communications, and event planning. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and collaborate with HR, operations, and leadership teams to support cross-functional projects.

What you'll do#

• Draft and edit internal communications, including intranet content, announcements, and campaigns.
• Develop marketing copy for presentations, emails, and digital platforms.
• Maintain and update intranet pages to ensure content remains accurate and engaging.
• Ensure brand consistency across all materials by monitoring logos, colors, and tone.
• Assist in the planning and execution of internal events such as town halls and employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage project timelines, track deliverables, and organize documentation to support cross-functional teams.
• Support basic analytics tracking and general marketing operations.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a degree program for Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of organization with strict attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
• A positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
