About the role#
This is a high-visibility position that provides broad access to our sales, growth, and go-to-market strategies. You will work on a part-time basis, assisting with daily tasks and project work under the supervision of a team member. This role requires a self-starter who can handle a demanding environment.
What you'll do#
- Turn interest in Olympian Motors into qualified conversations and lasting customer relationships.
- Support marketing campaigns and organize customer and partner outreach.
- Track what moves prospects through the sales funnel.
- Segment audiences, record activity, and manage follow-up tasks.
What you'll need#
- Hands-on experience with a CRM like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Familiarity with email marketing, funnel metrics, and structured growth experiments.
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work fast and adopt AI tools proficiently.
- An action-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset.
- An engineering background or content and social media skills are considered a plus.
