About the role#
The Summer 2027 Internship Program provides hands-on exposure to the financial services industry. You will work alongside experienced financial advisors to gain insight into client relationships, business development, and strategic planning. This program is designed to help you understand the day-to-day responsibilities of financial advisors and how financial planning impacts individuals, families, and businesses.
What you'll do#
- Learn how financial advisors build meaningful client relationships through discovery, communication, and trust.
- Gain exposure to financial planning, wealth management, retirement strategies, and risk management concepts.
- Attend team meetings, client-focused discussions, and professional development workshops.
- Explore the entrepreneurial side of financial advising and the process of building a successful practice.
- Develop professional communication, networking, and business development skills.
- Experience the culture of a firm built on growth, integrity, collaboration, and community involvement.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- Anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in business and financial services.
- Self-starter with a desire to learn, grow, and make an impact.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
