About the role#
As a Strategic Partnership and Corporate Development Intern, you will support the Affiliates and Strategic Partnerships team alongside the Strategy and Innovation team. This role offers exposure to nonprofit operations and helps advance the organizational mission of connecting education to employment. You will participate in a cohort-based program that includes leadership speaker series, lunch-and-learns, and industry interviews.

What you'll need#
- You must be at least one year out of high school and currently enrolled in or accepted into a postsecondary education or training program.
- Experience using Python to explore, clean, or analyze data.
- Familiarity with data visualization platforms such as Looker or Tableau.
- Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office, with familiarity in Zoom and Slack.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- A self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and incorporate feedback.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the internship cohort.
- A commitment to promoting equitable opportunities in education and employment.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is based in Washington, DC.
- Work modality is hybrid, with in-office attendance required on Tuesdays, a department-specific day, and for occasional special events.
