About the role#
Stiles Machinery is looking for a Product Coordinator Intern to assist with the construction and implementation of proposal templates within the Stiles AML system. This role involves repetitive, detail-oriented tasks and requires close collaboration with the Product Administrator to support our sales efforts.
What you'll do#
- Build, proofread, and implement proposals in the Stiles AML system.
- Work with the Product Administrator to determine proposal structure, priorities, and necessary elements.
- Train the Product Administrator on system maintenance procedures to ensure long-term support.
What you'll need#
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to work independently while using your own judgment and initiative.
- An Associate degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.

- This position is based on-site in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
- This is a part-time, paid internship with a rolling term.
