About the role#
The Portfolio Planning team manages long-range product and business planning to shape the strategic vision for the North American market. This year-round student program allows you to apply classroom learning to real-world projects while working alongside experienced professionals. You will gain exposure to strategic planning and market analysis while contributing to decisions that impact the automotive industry.
What you'll do#
- Support product planning initiatives by analyzing market opportunities and evaluating strategic scenarios.
- Synthesize consumer, competitive, and sales data to identify trends in the North American automotive market.
- Develop data-driven insights and recommendations to support key business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help shape future product strategies.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Sales and Marketing, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- Completion of at least one year of undergraduate study at the time of hire.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically advanced analytical and PowerPoint presentation building skills.
- Ability to work 24 hours per week, year-round.
- Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving, and resourceful information mining skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to relocate if necessary.
Location & details#
- This role is based at the Stellantis Headquarters and Technology Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan.
- The program operates on a hybrid model: students work remotely during the academic year (September through April) and onsite during the summer (May through August).
- During the summer, you may work up to 40 hours per week.
