About the role#
StageRight Corporation is offering a full-time, paid Customer Service Internship for Summer 2027. This on-site role is based in Clare, Michigan. You will work across multiple departments to support our sales and customer care teams.
What you'll do#
- Manage order entry, including verifying accuracy and documenting order status.
- Communicate with customers to provide updates and confirm they received requested information.
- Answer phones to provide backup support for the sales and customer service teams.
- Use multiple software systems to track customer data and documentation.
- Send information to customers to assist with sales and service requests.
- Confirm order shipments through the acknowledgement process.
- Complete special projects assigned by department managers.
- Assist with general clerical tasks to support daily business operations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's program for Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, CRM, and other software tools.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret English documents.
- Basic math skills.
- Strong attention to detail and project management capabilities.
- Experience building a work ethic through coursework, professional networks, or previous internships is preferred.
