About the role#
This 10 to 12 week summer internship offers a full-time, 40-hour-per-week experience within our distribution operations. You will gain a 360-degree view of our business, including warehouse operations, customer service, and sales. This role is designed to help you build professional relationships and prepare for a potential career in supply chain management. Successful interns may be invited to join our Management Trainee Program after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Receive immersive training in distribution, sales, and leadership.
- Handle product receiving, warehouse movement, and truck loading.
- Assist with dispatch, delivery logistics, order entry, and inside sales.
- Shadow a Territory Manager to learn about outside sales.
- Complete a high-impact business project and present your findings to senior leadership at corporate headquarters.
- Participate in biweekly coaching sessions to support your professional growth.
What you'll need#
- Current Junior status pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Business Management, or Construction Management.
- Graduation date between December 2025 and May 2026.
- Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and a strong work ethic through jobs or extracurriculars.
- A valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug test.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Location & details#
- This is a paid internship at $19 per hour.
- Positions are available at branch locations across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts.
- The program runs for 10 to 12 weeks starting in Summer 2026.
