About the role#
As a Marketing Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting marketing, media production, communications, and project acquisitions. You will work alongside experienced professionals to showcase projects, people, and culture. This role involves assisting with content creation, proposal support, graphic design, photography, and videography. You will also help manage marketing projects and maintain brand standards.
What you'll do#
- Support content creation, photography, and videography efforts.
- Assist with proposal development, RFQ/P submissions, and award entries.
- Coordinate print production and conduct vendor research.
- Manage marketing project tracking and use Microsoft Planner.
- Maintain CRM data and assist with digital content management for newsletters and social media.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related program.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft 365.
- Ability to collaborate effectively while working independently.

- This is an on-site position based in Selma, Texas.
- The role is a full-time, paid internship with a rolling term.
