About the role#
The Pharmacy Alumni Development Office is seeking a Graduate Assistant to support advancement initiatives for the College of Pharmacy. This role focuses on alumni engagement and student recruitment efforts. You will gain professional experience while supporting the goals of the college.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate alumni engagement and student recruitment initiatives.
- Communicate with pharmacy alumni to encourage ongoing involvement with the college.
- Improve the reach and communication of the pharmacy job board for students and recent graduates.
- Support the College of Pharmacy Strategic Plan.
- Attend meetings and workshops as required.
- Assist faculty, staff, and visitors in a professional and efficient manner.
- Instruct or assist undergraduate students as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Must be currently enrolled as a graduate student.
- Ability to instruct and assist undergraduate students.
- Professional demeanor when interacting with faculty, staff, and visitors.
- Enrollment in Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related program.

- This position is located in the United States.
- Work is on-site.
- This is a full-time, paid position that includes a tuition waiver and a stipend each semester.
- The role follows a rolling application term.
