About the role#
We are looking for students to join our co-op program for the Winter 2027 term. This is a full-time, 6-month position where you will work alongside our engineering teams to build audio products. You will gain experience through hands-on projects, mentorship from industry leaders, and collaboration with your cohort.
What you'll do#
Depending on your focus, you will work on either embedded systems or analog and power circuits.
If you focus on Embedded Systems or Computer Engineering, you will:
- Learn the end-to-end design process for Gigahertz SOC-based embedded systems.
- Perform circuit analysis and simulation for high-speed digital interconnects and low-voltage power distribution.
- Test, validate, debug, and improve new designs.
- Research and prototype new technologies.
If you focus on Power or Analog Engineering, you will:
- Support the design and verification of high-performance power supplies and audio amplifiers.
- Analyze, simulate, prototype, and test analog and power circuits.
- Develop circuits using ADCs, DACs, op amps, and signal-conditioning components.
- Interface hardware with microcontrollers and DSPs.
- Characterize efficiency, audio performance, thermal behavior, stability, and protection features.
What you'll need#
- You are currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program for Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
- You have a strong sense of ownership and a desire to learn about electronics.
- For Embedded or Computer Engineering tracks, you have knowledge of circuit theory, digital logic design, computer systems engineering, and computer organization.
- For Power or Analog tracks, you have knowledge of circuit theory, analog electronics, power electronics, and control systems.
- You are available to work full-time from January through June 2027.
Location & details#
- This role is based in our Boston, Massachusetts office.
- You must be able to work from the office a minimum of 4 days per week.
- This is a paid, full-time position.
