About the role#
We are looking for an undergraduate student to join our team as a Data Quality Intern. This is a full-time, 11-week co-op program running from June 7 through August 20, 2027. You will work within our Enablement & Analytics team to improve our data integrity and explore how AI tools can assist in data engineering workflows.
What you'll do#
- Write and run SQL queries in Snowflake to investigate, validate, and reconcile data across multiple systems.
- Partner with data engineers to identify, prioritize, and implement fixes for data issues.
- Document recurring problems and their resolutions.
- Use Claude and other AI tools to speed up anomaly detection, process automation, and quality reporting.
- Compile a suite of data quality findings on a specific aspect of the business as a capstone project.
- Present your findings, including root causes and resolutions, to the Enablement & Analytics leadership team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program for Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Coursework or project experience using SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes, data pipelines, or data modeling concepts.
- Experience with version control tools like Git.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake and AI tools like Claude is preferred.
- Ability to work authorized for any US employer without sponsorship.
Location & details#
- This role is based in our Boston, Massachusetts office.
- You must be available to work onsite a minimum of 4 days per week.
- This is a paid, full-time position.
