About the role#
Soccer Shots is looking for individuals to lead youth sports sessions for children between 18 months and 8 years old. This role focuses on coaching soccer, though you may also support basketball and other enrichment programs. You will gain experience in group management, child development, and program coordination while helping children build confidence and character.
What you'll do#
- Lead soccer sessions using our structured curriculum.
- Teach basic skills through games, movement, and play.
- Set up and break down equipment like fields and goals.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and high-energy environment.
- Model positive traits such as teamwork, confidence, and respect.
- Communicate with families, schools, and partners.
- Support basketball and other enrichment programming as assigned.
