You'll own real work inside your department and move through the business as part of a full intern class — finishing the summer by presenting your work to SMS leadership. The basics - ~12 weeks, late May 2027 – early August 2027 - Full-time, 40 hours/week, paid hourly - East Pittsburgh, PA What You'll Do - Own a real project/s in your department, backed by a dedicated Department Lead and a 1:1 mentor. - Explore the whole company through weekly cross-functional Discovery Sessions with departments like Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Safety. - Get out of the office for site tours, global networking, customer support, and team events. - Cap the summer by presenting your work to SMS leadership at the August Capstone.
