About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027. You will work on-site at one of our Pennsylvania locations. You will join our project teams to gain direct experience in construction operations, ranging from project development to active construction phases.
What you'll do#
- Assist teams with the pre-construction process for mechanical, electrical, and temperature control projects.
- Work alongside Engineers, Project Managers, Site Superintendents, and Project Developers.
- Learn about project controls and participate in safety programs.
- Shadow team members across the organization.
- Attend networking and social events, as well as philanthropic activities.
- Prepare and deliver a presentation to leadership and fellow interns about your experience.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in a Construction or Engineering field.
- A basic understanding of construction methodologies.
- Ability to interact professionally with staff at all levels.
- Strong skills in organization, planning, and multitasking.
- Initiative and a strong teamwork orientation.
- Effective problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in various job site environments involving heat, noise, and dust.
Location & details#
- Locations: Oakmont, Harrisburg, and Allentown, Pennsylvania.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
