WJAR NBC 10 offers an internship opportunity within the News Department for the Winter 2027 term. This is an unpaid, part-time position based on-site in Providence, Rhode Island.
What you'll do#
Interns participate in the daily operations of the News Department. You will gain experience in a professional broadcast environment to support your career goals in journalism.
What you'll need#
- You must be a junior or senior at a four-year accredited college or university.
- You should be pursuing a degree in Journalism, Communications, or Media Studies.
- You are planning and preparing for a career in the news industry.
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You must be eligible to receive college credit for this internship. We provide Credit Verification forms.
- We look for students who are motivated and dedicated to their work.
