About the role#
WTOV is offering an internship opportunity for the Winter 2027 term in Steubenville, Ohio. This role provides hands-on experience in broadcasting. Please note this is an unpaid internship position.
What you'll do#
- Assist with all levels of WTOV production.
- Produce, direct, and shoot news content.
- Work under the direction of the show producer, director, or photographer.
- Learn the various aspects of the broadcasting process.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment at a four-year accredited college or university.
- Current pursuit of a degree in Communications, Journalism, or Media Studies.
- Intent to pursue a career in broadcast or digital media.
- Ability to receive college credit for the internship experience.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Strong motivation and dedication to the internship.
