About the role#
The Planning team works between Merchandising, Sales, Finance, and Operations. We analyze sales trends and create forecasts to guide purchase decisions. The goal is to ensure we have the right product available at the right time and price. As an intern, you will lead a core project focused on substitution behavior to determine how customers react when specific items are out of stock.
What you'll do#
- Review stockouts on eCommerce channels to measure sales transfer rates.
- Identify products with the highest loss exposure during stockouts.
- Create a loss or transference ratio matrix by product.
- Build an AI-powered model to pull and clean data.
- Analyze where demand transfers and where it disappears, then stress test your conclusions.
- Evaluate physical retail performance by store to determine what sells best.
- Assist with Amazon purchase order review and acceptance.
- Monitor Amazon inventory coverage and supply health.
- Track inbound containers and supply chain constraints.
- Build an analysis to track how specific designs perform relative to the average.
- Compare weekly sales against forecasts and investigate variances.
What you'll need#
- Familiarity with Excel and working with data sets.
- Curiosity and a willingness to solve ambiguous problems.
- Ability to explain your analysis out loud and defend your underlying assumptions.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management.

- This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is based on-site in Moore, Oklahoma.
