About the role#
The Mass Retail Intern supports the day-to-day execution of key initiatives within our mass retail business. You will focus on marketplace management, product and sample coordination, retail content syndication, and operational support. You will work alongside the Mass Retail team and cross-functional partners in Manufacturing and Merchandising to keep projects moving forward across retail channels.
What you'll do#
- Support the creation, maintenance, and optimization of marketplace product listings and detail pages.
- Monitor listing accuracy and help resolve content or setup issues.
- Assist with the coordination and execution of promotional deals.
- Monitor key marketplace performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
- Assist with the creation and tracking of sample and SKU requests.
- Maintain accurate status tracking throughout the sample development process.
- Gather and prepare samples for retailer meetings, submissions, and shipments.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing and Merchandising teams to track progress and communicate needs.
- Monitor product and review syndication through Bazaarvoice and troubleshoot syndication issues.
- Assist with the creation and submission of UL testing applications and track testing documentation.
What you'll need#
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work with data and draw insights from information.
- Comfortable learning and navigating new systems, platforms, and processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
- Process-minded with an ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
- Collaborative, resourceful, and a strong problem solver.
- Strong follow-through, sense of ownership, and a self-starter mindset.
- Adaptable, curious, and eager to learn about retail and e-commerce.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management.
