About the role#
SIG is seeking experienced professionals to join our talent community for upcoming, high-impact projects involving the Ellucian Banner Student Accounts Receivable module. This role focuses on supporting colleges and universities with ERP modernization and business process transformation. We are currently accepting expressions of interest for full-time positions and contract opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Provide comprehensive Banner implementation services, including training, functional consulting, and technical support.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes to recommend and implement technological solutions that enhance efficiency.
- Troubleshoot technical and functional issues within the Banner Student AR module to ensure seamless system operation.
- Lead the strategic implementation of Banner Student AR functionality.
- Transform and automate business processes within the Bursar or Cashier’s office.
What you'll need#
- 5 or more years of experience working within the higher education industry.
- 5 or more years of experience working with the Ellucian Banner Student AR module.
- Proven expertise in implementing the Banner Student Accounts module.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues within Banner.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Degrees in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
