Banner Consultant - Student Accounts Receivable

About the role#

SIG is building a talent community for high-impact projects within the higher education sector. This role focuses on the Ellucian Banner Student Accounts Receivable module, supporting colleges and universities with ERP modernization and business process transformation. This is an expression of interest for future full-time and contract opportunities.

What you'll do#

• Provide comprehensive Banner implementation services, including training, functional consulting, and technical support.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes to recommend and implement solutions that enhance efficiency.
• Troubleshoot technical and functional issues within the Banner Student AR module to ensure seamless operations.
• Lead the strategic implementation of Banner Student AR functionality, including the transformation and automation of processes within the Bursar or Cashier’s office.

What you'll need#

• 5 or more years of experience working within the higher education industry.
• 5 or more years of experience working with the Ellucian Banner Student AR module.
• Proven expertise in implementing the Banner Student Accounts module.
• Experience leading strategic implementations and orchestrating key project phases.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical and functional issues within Banner.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Location & details#

• Work Modality: Remote (United States).
• Employment Type: Full-time or contract options available.
• Salary: $90,000 to $120,000 annually, plus bonus, depending on experience and location.
