About the role#
The Outsourced Accounting Intern supports client finance functions across various industries. You will work alongside consultants and accountants to handle day-to-day operations and special projects. This role provides exposure to the full accounting lifecycle, including transaction processing, month-end close activities, and advisory services. You will also gain experience with cloud-based accounting systems.
What you'll do#
- Assist with daily accounting operations and transaction processing.
- Support month-end close activities.
- Prepare financial statements.
- Conduct reconciliations and budgeting tasks.
- Participate in an eight-week program that includes training and networking with firm leaders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration program.
- A strong foundation in accounting principles.
- Foundational knowledge of client service and business operations.
- Interest in developing technical and professional skills.
