About the role#
SeatGeek is hiring Data Analyst Interns for the summer of 2027. You will join the Analytics team for a 12-week program. You will work alongside Business, Product, Design, and UX stakeholders to understand our business and inform our strategy.
What you'll do#
- Develop core Analytics skills like exploratory data analysis, KPI definition, reporting, and A/B testing.
- Build data models in our data warehouse and create dashboards in Looker and Mixpanel.
- Use AI development tools to build measurement frameworks and key reporting.
- Collaborate with engineers to drive feature iteration.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders to influence decision-making.
- Work with senior team members to develop and execute business stakeholder roadmaps.
- Promote data best practices and documentation across the team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college program with a graduation date in the spring or summer of 2028.
- Coursework in economics, psychology, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience using SQL.
- Strong business acumen and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with using data to build narratives that guide strategy.
- Experience building reports in a business intelligence tool is a plus.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship at $45 per hour.
- The role is based in New York, New York.
- Work modality is hybrid, with an expectation to be in the office at least three days per week.
